As we approach the end of 2023, it is with great pleasure that we reflect on the significant achievements and milestones we have accomplished together as a digital healthcare company partnering with Microsoft, the NHS and clients in the private sector. This year has been marked by innovation, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to improving healthcare outcomes for patients.

Expansion of Digital Services

Our commitment to providing cutting-edge digital healthcare solutions has driven the expansion of our services throughout the year. We successfully introduced new features and enhancements to our platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for both healthcare professionals and patients ranging from care in IVF, Virtual Waiting Rooms, Online Consultations, and GP practices.

Collaborative Partnership with the NHS

Our partnership with the NHS has grown stronger though the NHS Technology Innovation Framework, reinforcing our shared goal of delivering high-quality healthcare services to the UK population and to support the development of the next generation of digital infrastructure. Through collaborative efforts, we have worked hand-in-hand with NHS teams to implement digital solutions that optimise patient care, streamline workflows, and improve overall healthcare delivery. This includes the significant milestone of publishing apps on the NHS national tenant that efficiently scale.

Data Security and Compliance

Our Cloud Native solutions are Secure by Design and Secure by Default. We recognise the importance of data security and privacy in the healthcare sector, and we, along with Microsoft have invested significantly in fortifying our systems. Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data security and compliance ensures that patient information is safeguarded, fostering trust among both healthcare providers and patients.

Improved Patient Engagement and Activation

Our focus on patient-centric care has led to the development of features that enhance patient engagement. From personalised health portals to interactive tools, we are empowering patients to actively participate in their healthcare journey, leading to better health outcomes and increased satisfaction.

Supporting the direction of the NHS and integrated care system agenda

We align ourselves with the integrated care agenda and we utilise industry standard options for integration with the broader healthcare system. Ultimately, we have a passion for improving healthcare-related IT infrastructure and outcomes, by using design, resilience and service provision ethos that have already been refined to high standards in other industries.

Research and Development Breakthroughs

Our teams have achieved breakthroughs in digital health technologies. These innovations will, in the future, provide AI-driven diagnostics and predictive analytics, positioning us at the forefront of healthcare technology and paving the way for future advancements.

Focusing on Social Values

As a 100% cloud native company and Microsoft partnership we continue to support healthcare organisations tackle their carbon reduction plans whist increasing efficiencies to help tackle Covid 19 backlogs and economic inequality.

Recognition and Press Releases

Our efforts have not gone unnoticed, as we are proud recipients of several commendations and joint press releases from our clients. These serve as a testament to the dedication and hard work of every member of our team, and those of our clients, in driving excellence and innovation in digital healthcare.

Interoperability, Standards, Cloud – a frictionless healthcare

The maturity of the cloud technology we’re seeing now, the APIs, and the commitment within integrated care boards to start bringing together shared infrastructure. All of these factors make this the right time to solve this challenge and realise a frictionless healthcare system.

As we bid farewell to 2023…

Let us carry the momentum of our successes into the coming year. The challenges we face are opportunities for growth and improvement, and we are well-positioned to continue making a positive impact on the healthcare landscape.

Looking to the year ahead we will build on our relationship with Microsoft to digitally transform healthcare. We aim to launch the first cloud native primary care solution as part of the NHS Technology Innovation Framework with our early adopters and further expand our national and international client base.

We wish everyone the best for 2024!
