Law & Jurisdiction

You and OXDH agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within England and Wales – and agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and to venue in such courts for the purpose of litigating all such Claims. Notwithstanding the above, you agree that OXDH shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
